- Wash before first use. Give your new sheets a cold machine wash before they go on the bed to bring out their softness.
- Fit the corners first. Pull the fitted sheet over one corner of the mattress, then the opposite corner, then the remaining two.
- Smooth it out. The elastic runs all the way around, so the 36 cm pockets tuck neatly under thicker mattresses and toppers.
- Wash cold. Machine wash cold with similar colours, and wash darker colours separately for the first few washes.
- Dry low. Tumble dry on low or line dry in the shade. Don't use bleach.
- Iron if you like. A warm iron gives a crisp, hotel-style finish.
